Always worth repeating
From time to time I stumble upon quotes that are worth repeating.
Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits: they become character.
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.
Our attitude shapes our actions and our very nature. The Bible often cautions that what our hearts and minds focus on influences our behavior, and the sort of character that we exhibit to others.
Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.”
